Rafael Cedeno opened Foreign Autohaus in 2008 to serve El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Sacramento, and surrounding areas. Rafael has over 25 years in the industry, with a background in BMW and Porsche. He was always good with his hands and just kind of fell into auto repair, starting at a BMW dealership as a STEP student graduate.
