I appreciate Rafael going the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. The staff there makes me feel like I am their most valued customer, and I see that they treat others the same way. It's a great atmosphere. Auto maintenance and repair is kind of like going to the dentist for me - I don't exactly look forward to going, but I'm grateful I have someone who is pleasant and trustworthy when I do go.

Excellent customer service and Porsche 911 knowledge. Thanks to Hillary, Jacob, Jason, and Rafael. I brought my 996TT in for a new alternator and electrical system check. They shuttled me back home, and within a couple hours called me back to confirm that just the alternator needed to be replaced, and that they had load-tested the battery and checked the electrical system for me. There were no other electrical problems. They had the car ready for me with the new alternator the same afternoon. They picked me up at home, we talked about 996TTs, and I was on my way. I chatted with Jason, Jacob, and Rafael about 911s and appreciated that they knew the details and gotchas that only a 911 owner or someone very dedicated to 911s would know. In fact, I called them with some random 911 technical questions before bringing in my car, and got great accurate response. I found my Porsche Indie shop.

Thank you fir your honesty! When I brought my mini in with the check engine light you fixed the first fault and let me know the check engine light was back on and would require a tear down to get to the engine - while talking it over I realized it was the same fault code that appeared during the 2 years I have had the car - u suggested checking with mini they might honor the factory warranty even though it expired and they did! That kind of honesty is rare and I will be back anytime my car needs attention - thank you so much - tara j

This was my first visit to Foreign Autohaus. Shuttling was a nice service. Checking in my Mini Cooper was easy, and the prices are supposedly cheaper than Niello. I had suspension bushings replaced and realignment. I drove away, and upon driving on my usual streets, the usually tame Mini became a lurching mini-monster with steering and suspension components popping. Returning the car, it seems that a ball joint had not been properly attached. This certainly could have been a catastrophic failure since it was getting worse as I returned to the shop. Everything was repaired, I'm hoping, and I will go back for a second try. I shouldn't blame one mechanic's fault to degrade a business. Some compensation could have been applied to my bill, but none was offered.
