Outstanding service, knowledge and attention to detail.

I had a number of things to address (suspension, warning light, alignment, and light out) which were all resolved same day. I don’t have a comparison on their pricing but living nearby the convenience is factor and I trust their knowledge and honesty.

Always great work. I used to go to the AUDI dealer, and they would "fix" things but I would have to bring it back numerous occastions. I have never had to bring our cars back after any service. They also go above and beyond keeping one up to date regarding time and so forth.

Rafael and Jason are fantastic! They have taken care of my car, my Dad’s and many of our clients! Their service is outstanding!

If I could give this high end automotive repair shop more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I am thoroughly impressed with their courteous staff and level of professionalism. Jason O’Neill, the service manager, went above and beyond the call of duty for us as first time customers and as a result we will definitely be calling this place home for our 99 Porsche Carrera’s needs going forward. Before I was a bit sceptical because it was a little pricey. But they did an amazing job at fixing my alternator and drive belt and they also defended me after my my car was hit. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Service! Jason went above and beyond to make sure I had my BMW 650 back when promised. They had a technical issue in the shop that prevented him from completing the job at the time he stated so they stayed late to complete my car and delivered it to my house later that evening! Amazing service! Moreover, since the work they performed was related to an insurance claim made on the vehicle a year ago - and serviced by Roseville BMW who missed several damaged parts - Jason will be sending in a supplemental estimate to get the costs of this repair covered under my insurance. A big thank you to Jason and the Autohaus team! I have definitely found the go-to shop for my vehicles.

After an initial miscommunication regarding a vehicle that I brought in for a diagnostic I gave Foreign AutoHaus a hasty review on Yelp. Jason called me and wanted to understand my concerns and remedy the problem I was having with the vehicle. After speaking with him about his specialties I realized that this is probably not the shop for my Cadillac or Jeep, but did offer Jason the opportunity to do a pre-buy inspection on a BMW I was considering purchasing. I am really glad I did. Jason and his team found many things that I would've never thought to look for and potentially saved me from purchasing a vehicle that could've had some serious issues. They are professional and have a great specialty shop for Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, etc. They are definitely not the cheapest shop in town but are less expensive than the dealership and you get what you pay for with them. If I end up with a BMW, Audi, or other import, I'll definitely be seeking their expertise.
