Rafael runs a five star shop and his office personnel and mechanics are the best as well. He sets and achieves high standards for getting the job done right the first time, keeping customers updated on status, and only doing work that is necessary. He knows when to get personally involved and when to leave things in the hands of his very competent staff. He is also a "hands on" owner. He is the ultimate resource inside his own company for the hardest to diagnose car issues, and he's quite literally not afraid to get his hands dirty. His front office people have mechanic backgrounds, which really helps - you aren't talking to someone who only has customer service skills. They understand exactly what is going on with your car and can explain it in layperson's terms that make sense. I can always call and they'll know the exact status of my car without having to talk to the mechanics - that tells me they are constantly on top of work going on in the shop.
