I really like to work with knowledgeable people when it comes to my "toys." These guys just get it. It's the little things like how they refer to "taking care" of cars not just fixing them. As in, yeah we take care of a few of those type of cars. They are enthusiasts and I respect what they say and trust in what they do. I have never once been disappointed. Not once.

Recently had our transmission serviced on our '05 Mini Cooper S and had a concern with some troublesome shifting which had been occurring prior to our appointment. Nico stepped up and performed a software download trying to rectify the problem. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue, but it was really outstanding of them to do their best to try to fix the issue. Mike S.
