Folsom Auto Repair

These guys really came through for us. This is a follow up from a previous review- after a not so fabulous start they really stepped up and took care of us.

After a bumper mishap, I immediately went to Foreign Autohaus and Nikko came out right away, surveyed the damage, lifted the bumper in place, and ordered a new bracket which was available the following day. When I returned for bracket installation, the work was addressed immediately and done in less time than originally estimated. It's nice to go to a shop where people immediately know you on entering as a neighbor, not a stranger.

Great same or next day service. Rental car on site is convenient. Nico seems to know what he is doing and provided me good service. He did what he said. Prices are not a cheap bargain and I wish they were open on Saturday, however.

Foreign Autohaus gave me really great service on my 06 750Li. they stayed late for me and gave me a ride home. and when my car service was completed, they brought the car to my home. on top of the great attention to the customers needs, the work performed on my car was done well with no surprises after the fact. they are very professional and i will strongly recommend them to my friends.

My 2005 BMW X3 wouldnt start, was really stuck without a car, and the folks at Foreign Autohaus were able to help me very quickly. They got my car in first thing in the morning, analyzed the problem (starter was shot), and fixed it with no hassle. They were extremely friendly and courteous, and even provided me a ride home (way above the call of duty). I really appreciated the office environment, and my daughter loved playing with Bentley (a terrific dog that made the time in the office a lot of fun).
