Foreign Autohaus is great. So far I have had a very good experience with them servicing my Benz and BMW.

After several repairs and routine services performed with two BMWs, Rafael and his team have done a great job overall. While one on-going repair is still not up to par, Rafael has gone above and beyond to work with me on each concern. I appreciate the support in keeping the prices affordable with discounts and even extra work performed without additional charge. Rafael is fair, out front and honest in all my dealings with him. I would recommend his business and hope I have found a great mechanic for the foreseeable future.

I am complelled to share my wonderful experience with this great place with anyone who would ever need their car fixed. I've had less than fortunate morning when my car broke on the way to work, and not knowing too many places in the ares, Foreign Autohaus was recommended to me by AAA and my fiance who has taken his car there previously for service. All the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, I was given estimate price and time that followed by specifics as soon as daignostics were done in about an hour. The price was more than reasonable, and my car work was completed while I was at work. One of the workers picked me up from work and took me to the shop to pick up the car. That misareable Monday turned out to be one of the days when I discovered a great place that I will use in the future and will recommend to my family, friends, and co-workers! Thank you so much for such a great service that I haven't seen in while!!!

I have to admit that I had second thoughts about taking my car(s) to a place that is in El Dorado Hills Town Center. I thought that it would be more expensive. Also thought the quaility of service would not be as good as dealership. Well I was very wrong, Rafael and his team have always treated me and my family with great respect along with quaility service at a fair price. I take my BMW 740IL and both of my kids 18's toForeign Autohaus and have been very pleased. When I have had a issue they always take care of it and make sure that it top quaility. I will continue to take my cars there.

Stopped in to check on availability of a replacement battery for my 2003 Acura. Battery was in stock and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule to install the new battery. Great customer service!

I was so frustrated when the fuel pump went out in my company car. I had a recommendation from an employee that I know personally to take my company car here. I have never personally been a customer until now. It was a great experience; the technicians and staff were courteous, polite and helpful. The turnaround time on the repair was unbelievably fast. After I arrived in the tow truck the owner arranged for his staff to take me home. I felt like I received superior service, I would completely recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for quality service in a timely manner.

They did a great job on my Porsche. They met their time commiments and their quote was spot-on. No hidden costs. A friendly staff that really want to do a good job and are looking out for your best interests. I'll be using them for all of my Porsche repairs in the future.

The service staff are very down to earth, and explain everything they are going to perform. The service staff let's you know what it will cost prior to the job being performed. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I WAS REMEMBERED FROM MY LAST TIME THERE. IT'S ALWAYS NICE TO BE REMEMBERED. ALSO ON MY LAST TRIP THERE IN OCTOBER AN OIL LEAK WAS FINALLY FIXED AFTER MANY TRIPS TO OTHER MECHANICS AND NOT HAVING THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM FIXED. I FEEL LIKE I WILL GET MANY MORE YEARS OUT OF THIS OLD VW OF MINE. THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK AND CARING.
