Discovered the check engine light and called Foreign Autohaus about the problem. The staff explained that it was probably a emissions problem and I could have the car in the shop the next morning. They diagonsed the problem and had the car repair that day. The problem was a air fuel mixture sensor.
They took great care of me. Completed work when promised and helped with other issues that were addressed during the service.
To me great customer service is about how a company deals with problems. Foreign Autohaus recently took care of a coolant leak and a few months later I was still having intermittent problems with the newly fitted temperature guagr. Foreign Autohaus without question took care of the problem with no additional charges.

The car was analyzed with a starter problem first thing in the morning and they had the car done by 2 pm. The price seemed fair and the staff were very freindly. This was our first time to Foreign Autohaus and we will be back to service our other vehicles.

I dropped my vehicle off for an idle problem that nobody else could solve. Nico called two hours later and said it was fixed!
