I really like this place and it's professionalism. The front staff was so helpful with everything letting me know updates with my car and able to provide me with details about some things I didn't understand. After several repairs and routine services performed with two BMWs, Rafael and his team have done a great job overall. While one on-going repair is still not up to par, Rafael has gone above and beyond to work with me on each concern. I appreciate the support in keeping the prices affordable with discounts and even extra work performed without additional charge. Rafael is fair, out front and honest in all my dealings with him. I would recommend his business and hope I have found a great mechanic for the foreseeable future.
