The shop is clean and the waiting room cheerful (it's not your typical waiting room). They were busy but they took me in right away. Jhovanny was upfront with diagnostic fees and he had good communication about needed repairs. My car was done the next day. The experience was painless. I would say they are in line with dealer prices and labor. They're professional and I recommend.
