I've been going to foreign autohaus for close to two years for various routine maintenance. The team there has always been professional and showed extreme expertise. They KNOW what they are doing. I drive an Italian car that I can't really take anywhere else because frankly they wouldn't even have the right tools let alone know what to do. There have been a few occasions where they even called me back after I approved a quote to let me know that after a second review I didn't need a particular part/service. The place is always booked up with cars everywhere waiting to be fixed. They are so busy, they don't have time to play games. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly by a pro and done at a fair price, this is your shop. They are not the cheapest, so if your looking for a cheap fix for an older vehicle, etc .. they may not be a good fit. But, if you love your car, take it to them. Bring your car here with confidence! We have a BMW 750 that has always been dealer maintained. Since moving here we were not impressed with the local dealer, so decided to try this shop after getting recommendations by people who use them. Scheduling is online and easy. They get back to you to confirm the appointment and send friendly reminders before the appointment. Service tech makes notes and takes pictures, both of which are sent to you with their recommendations. You can approve the work electronically or call them with questions. Work was completed in a timely manner. Knowledgeable staff and great communication, quality repairs. We are so glad we found this company!
