Great experience at Foreign Autohaus. This was my first time taking my Land Rover elsewhere other than my regular shop and Rafael earned my future business! I really appreciate the cleanliness, professionalism and overall great customer service. They were able to get my car in for a check engine when they were otherwise, extremely busy and I am very thankful because it saved a trip I had planned!

I had a great experience at Foreign Autohaus! They took care of my vehicle expeditiously and thoroughly. Rafael, the owner, personally took care of me along with the other friendly staff. Watching a netflix movie in their very nice waiting area was a total bonus! I drove over an hour to come to Foreign Autohaus and will continue to do so because they are fantastic. Highly recommend to all!

Very courteous and friendly staff. Prices are competive with no surprises or selling up to extra services. Squeezed us in a very busy schedule. Repairs completed in a timely manner and documented with extensive pictures. Appreciated use of recommended Covid-19 procedures to ensure sanitized touch points. Foreign Autohaus definitely is on our preferred list of auto services!

Took my Jag in for a steering problem and expected to get the traditional phone call back with a verbal estimate. I subsequently received a text and e-mail back with written documentation of my problem, pictures, notes and comments from the mechanic. They also went the extra mile to do additional inspections. Very thorough and much appreciated.

Edit: Originally 2 stars. The owner reached out to me to discuss my experience. He let me know that I was misinformed and that his shop does have a computer, and he will raise awareness to his employees of this. He offered to make things right with me. I won’t be able to accept his offer as I live far from the shop. Although I didn’t receive the level of work I expected, the owner comes across as honest and willing to standby the work that comes out of his shop. To those that are getting a pre-purchase inspection for a Porsche. Make sure to have the technician use the computer to scan your car because they have one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I completed a pre-purchase inspection at foreign autohaus for a Porsche. The price was a lot higher than some other shops but they were the only one with an availability. For the amount of money I paid, I expected the shop to have a computer to assess any error codes. They did not have one. Furthermore, the technicians did not let me know that one of the window regulators on the vehicle was broken. I found out at another mechanic when my window could not return to the up position. The cost of the regulator itself is close to $1000. The employees were very polite. I just wished the service was more detailed and comprehensive to reflect the cost.
