There comes a time in the life of every car where the main dealer is not the best option for service & repair, & so we start our search for a boutique garage who can carry the baton. But, not ALL boutique garages are made equal - a fact you find out when the chips are against you. A total electrical/mechanical failure roadside saw my car whisked away on a truck bed to be deposited at foreign autohaus where it underwent extensive computer diagnostics which highlighted defects in components, all of which was done in conjunction with the manufacturers tech-support team, & within 24 hours was all conveyed to me via FA web-based system with a clear outline of the work required & approval for costs - electronically.
