I had a very pleasant experience with Rafael and Foreign Autohaus. I had a simple issue--my taillight bulb went out. Rafael was attentive and professional. He was extremely busy on a Friday afternoon assisting other customers but made sure he apologized for the delay and asked for my patience. His "Walmart Greeter" Louie (the boxer dog) filled the time nicely. The bulb replacement was fast and the price was definitely right. I will definitely bring my 2012 VW Bug here again when I need service!
