rate ForeignAutoHaus as the BEST Auto Shop to take all of my cars. In the past 12 months I have taken my 2003 GS300 Lexus the for repairs on my brakes, VSC Check Engine Lights, Driver Side Door Lock malfunctioning, brand new Suspension front & rear. Although my car is pretty old, I expect things to start going wrong with it from time to time. Every time something major goes wrong, I always trust in ForeignAutoHaus to take care of all my vehicle problems. The customer service there with the Owner & his new assistant Auto Technician (Jeremy), is great. They know their there job & they have gone out of their way to help me understand whatever the problem is with my vehicle. If my car has to stay overnight for repairs, they let me know within a hour or two through phone call in explaining the details of the services needed to repair my vehicle. And if I have to leave my vehicle there, the owner Rafael himself will call for a Uber ride home since I only lived 6 miles from ForeignAutoHaus Shop. So yeah great service & the technicians there are very knowledgeable at what they’re doing regardless of which one of my 5 cars I’ve brought in for Services.

I went here because BMW service center did not have any appointments available. I requested an appointment through autohaus and got a reply back within a day or so. The service they did to my car was phenomenal and the staff was amazing. They sent photos of my car with notes to ensure liability and it honestly blew me away because BMW never did that. I was able to approve or decline any of their requests from the notes page. It included breakdown of prices as well. I felt safe leaving my car over night. Would honestly go back.

Streamlined process. Everyone was a true professional. Amazingly well kept and clean facility. Pricing was reasonable. Anything you could wish for in an Auto Repair Shop.

My Boxster threw a generic code (P1128), it had done this last year during the gas formula change (winter to summer), I put good gas in and cleared the code. It was great until this year, but this time the code came back. I scheduled an appointment and Jeremy suggested we just check the code and see where we land. It turned out to be a loose hose clamp. A smoke test proved it. Bryan was the technician and suggested I clean the engine (it looked like there may be slight leaks), he took pictures of everything, all the checks he did, the places with oil and coolant caked on (did I mention it was a 2000 Boxster S?). It is like new now. Great job!!!
