They explained the issues with my car very well and communicated via text and and phone on status. They also seemed to have a high level of knowledge on issues with Mini Coopers.

This was my first visit to the shop and the experience was excellent. Johnny, the shop manager, was very helpful. The service on the vehicle was excellent. Their paperless reporting system is top rate - very complete and helpful.
