First time going here for service! So impressed by the whole process from scheduling, reminder, check in, and keeping informed of what needed to be done, to check out and follow up. I will definitely be back.

Outstanding Service! Dropped my BMW off in the AM without an appointment and received it back before closing. Service Advisor Johnny is outstanding! Received 3 phone call updates through the day. Three texts and emails also provided detailed information. Work order includes photos of the car's exterior and any trouble spots in the engine bay. Be aware. Have the printer prepared. The downloaded final work order was 25 pages! The amount of work performed was moderately extensive. Technician Tyler provided perfect service. All items done to the Beemer were done right. Also, received the car with the engine running and the top down to help burn off and air out any remaining fluid from an engine bay cleaning. Thoughtful. To note, despite the high volume of cars and the number of Technicians, no errant talking or noise was noted. Sweet. In sum, Foreign Autohaus in Folsom on Blue Ravine Road is the place to bring your prized auto!

Came to the shop with a serious problem. They took care of my car and the estimate had pictures of the parts that had failed. I have been taken by an auto service dealer in the past but with this garage I have faith that it won’t happen here.

This was my first visit to Foreign Autohaus and could not be happier. From the start, service manage "Johnny" took control of my wife's BMW's air conditioning problem and got it solved the same day. The car was totally inspected and I received a complete evaluation, with pictures, prior to any work being started. I authorized the work on the AC and also an oil service and picked the car up that same day. Very clean and efficient business. For me, so much better than the dealer..........a personal relationship. I will definatly return when the next service is needed. Thanks Johnny !!!

Management was very friendly and well done. I could tell they really took their time to figure out the problems my car was having and fixed them for a fair price. My car drives better than it ever has before. I would highly recommend their services.

This place is amazing. They're appointment only shop and they very kindly worked me in when I didn't have an appt. Extremely professional. Clean organized shop. Everyone was extremely kind. Will definitely bring my Alfas to this shop again whenever they need anything. If you own a European car this is the place to take it.
