I am very impressed with the personal attention & service I received from Paul and Rafael. 1st impressions matter, from being able to drop my car off the night before, offering an UBER if needed, walking in to a shiny clean nice-smelling shop, direct introduction & handshake, and information on a service I asked for but they couldn't perform (key programming). I received a call by 11am the next morning to tell me they were done with the initial service & asked about the regular 75k recommended service. I purchased the car at 75k miles from Roseville Autonation Subaru, what a joke they are, that sold me a car with minimal service done, service light on, error codes stored, and after 4 months I was sick of their cr*p. They tried to pawn me off to Land Rover Rocklin for presumed warranty work, which LR was not interseted in dealing with, and charged me $225 (hourly rate!) to clear 2 "fluke" error codes after having my car for FOUR 4 DAYS!, never changed the oil which was on the service request & some BS about needing to bust into the engine for a sound that MAYBE was this or maybe that or maybe this at the tune of $1600 that I would have to pay for! And never ever called me, I had to "catch" them on the phone & then just finally went in to pick my car up after being ignored. Same with Autonation, whom I now doubt even changed the oil when they sold it with 75,500 miles, let alone their supposed 100 point inspection and the error code issues (which they actually had to fix the 3rd day I owned the vehicle) & 75k mile maintenance. So yeah, going from that to Foreign Autohaus, Paul & Rafael are definitely deserving of 5 stars! BTW Autohaus performed the LR recommended 75k mile maintenance work, MUCH cheaper than LR Rocklin quoted (after bashing the unknown previous owner as well as Autonation BTW for "bad maintenance" since the vehicle's oil was "quite dirty" and low, with only 4k miles on it since I purchased). Other than the excess oils burning off on the drive home (totally normal) the car drives, sounds and handles a ton better. And they did it all in less than a day. PLUS Paul told me they can do the extended warranty work, no need to deal with the way-out-of-my-way Autonation ever again, hurray! New loyal client here.
