I am so happy to have a local alternative to the dealership. They have a lot of experience and found some wear/tear items to be replaced that were missed during previous services elsewhere. Their pricing is fair and they didn't take longer than expected. Louis the 'shop dog' welcomes you as you walk in, and if you're lucky, he'll even bring you his ball!

From the time I called to make and appointment and explain my problems, to the time I arrived, service was excellent. Very welcoming. The shop is staffed and owned by factory trained people who provide education, consistent communication and an honest answer. I was updated with the issues, provided with choice and information to make solid decisions and given a fair price. As should be, the shop is spotless and neat, the staff are very courteous and Louie is a great welcome dog.
