I know not everyone has a stellar experience even with a phenomenal place, but I in no way experienced anything the 1-2 star reviewers did. I am very impressed with the personal attention & service I received from Paul and Rafael. 1st impressions matter, from being able to drop my car off the night before, offering an UBER if needed, walking in to a shiny clean nice-smelling shop, direct introduction & handshake, and information on a service I asked for but they couldn't perform (key programming). I received a call by 11am the next morning to tell me they were done with the initial service & asked about the regular 75k recommended service. I purchased the car at 75k miles from Roseville Autonation Subaru, what a joke they are, that sold me a car with minimal service done, service light on, error codes stored, and after 4 months I was sick of their cr*p. They tried to pawn me off to Land Rover Rocklin for presumed warranty work, which LR was not interseted in dealing with, and charged me $225 (hourly rate!) to clear 2 "fluke" error codes after having my car for FOUR 4 DAYS!, never changed the oil which was on the service request & some BS about needing to bust into the engine for a sound that MAYBE was this or maybe that or maybe this at the tune of $1600 that I would have to pay for! And never ever called me, I had to "catch" them on the phone & then just finally went in to pick my car up after being ignored. Same with Autonation, whom I now doubt even changed the oil when they sold it with 75,500 miles, let alone their supposed 100 point inspection and the error code issues (which they actually had to fix the 3rd day I owned the vehicle) & 75k mile maintenance. So yeah, going from that to Foreign Autohaus, Paul & Rafael & team are definitely deserving of 5 stars! BTW Autohaus performed the LR recommended 75k mile maintenance work, MUCH cheaper than LR Rocklin quoted (after bashing the unknown previous owner as well as Autonation BTW for "bad maintenance" since the vehicle's oil was "quite dirty" and low, with only 4k miles on it since I purchased, after insinuating I'm not taking care of my 4-month new car okay). Other than the excess oils burning off on the drive home (totally normal) the car drives, sounds and handles a ton better. And they did it all in less than a day. PLUS Paul told me they can do the extended warranty work, no need to deal with the way-out-of-my-way Autonation ever again, hurray! New loyal client here.

Great customer service and fantastic user experience. Rafael was very helpful in laying out all the options for fixing my car AC. He literally kept us posted on developments on a daily basis. We just took our VW EOS to Rafael at Foreign Autohaus and he was fantastic. We initially took the car to the dealer for an oil leak and they wanted to do $4,000 in repairs. We called Foreign Autohaus and discussed what the dealer had told us and Rafael had great insight into what was most likely the problem. We decided to go with Autohaus and took in the car. They quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the leak and found that what the dealer wanted to do was not necessary as they didn't take the time to really see the issue at hand. Rafael saved us a ton of money and fixed the car the right way. We are so pleased with our experience and have found a new home for all our import car needs.

Another top notch service delivery from the crew at Foreign Autohaus. In fact, I needed my Land Rover for weekend transport of my dog and even though not all the parts had been delivered for the repairs, the team put the car back together for me. They are going to take it back this week, disassemble the door and complete the repairs at no additional charge. Hows that for service? First time using this shop and received excellent service. They confirmed diagnosis I had received from dealership but performed the work for half the price. The shop is clean and owners/staff were friendly. Shop dog “Louis” is so cute & friendly. Car was finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
