Amazing Service! Jason went above and beyond to make sure I had my BMW 650 back when promised. They had a technical issue in the shop that prevented him from completing the job at the time he stated so they stayed late to complete my car and delivered it to my house later that evening! Amazing service! Moreover, since the work they performed was related to an insurance claim made on the vehicle a year ago - and serviced by Roseville BMW who missed several damaged parts - Jason will be sending in a supplemental estimate to get the costs of this repair covered under my insurance. A big thank you to Jason and the Autohaus team! I have definitely found the go-to shop for my vehicles.

After an initial miscommunication regarding a vehicle that I brought in for a diagnostic I gave Foreign AutoHaus a hasty review on Yelp. Jason called me and wanted to understand my concerns and remedy the problem I was having with the vehicle. After speaking with him about his specialties I realized that this is probably not the shop for my Cadillac or Jeep, but did offer Jason the opportunity to do a pre-buy inspection on a BMW I was considering purchasing. I am really glad I did. Jason and his team found many things that I would've never thought to look for and potentially saved me from purchasing a vehicle that could've had some serious issues. They are professional and have a great specialty shop for Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, etc. They are definitely not the cheapest shop in town but are less expensive than the dealership and you get what you pay for with them. If I end up with a BMW, Audi, or other import, I'll definitely be seeking their expertise.

Long story short I had three oil leaks diagnosed by them. I was given a quote, my husband checked around and it was by far the lowest rate. We scheduled the service and dropped it off. While working on the car they discovered my oil pan had been stripped and would have to be replaced. This would cost twice as much as my original quote! Before I could even think about how I would pay that....they asked when I got my oil changed normally. Luckily it was in the same parking lot as them, the manager talked with jiffy lube and showed them that it was their fault and they would have to pay for it to be repaired. After a few more days they had received payment from jiffy lube and had my car completed. They had an amazing mechanic who stayed late 9:30pm to get my car to me that day. My x5 has never run so smooth. I will only be coming here for anything car related! You won't be disappointed!

I tell you, it is hard to find a great auto repair... it's near impossible to find one that works on Mercedes-Benz. Historically, they all see the Mercedes and think I have deep pockets, and am ignorant to the issues. I am thrilled, however, to leave a 5-Star review for Foreign Autohaus. Jason rocks! I get straight answers, honest evaluations, and realistic billing. Thank you Jason, and everyone at Foreign Autohaus!

1st off Jason cares. He does his very best to do what is right. iv been to this business 10+ times and i have not walked away thinking they haven't done their best. This location means business without the scam. Go ahead and give Foreign Autohaus a shot cause 9/10 they get it right the first time. Iv been to the dealerships and its overpriced for the same service i get at Foreign Autohaus. Jason cares and does his very best to make it right. Iv had to deal directly with Jason on 4 specific occasions and each time was fair. In my eyes Jason is a born professional. Do not waist time and go anywhere else. Go to a place where they have passion for doing a good job the first time.

Almost as expensive as the dealer but they do know their high-end cars and do a good job. The location is very convenient and they can give you a lift within the area. Keep an eye out for discount coupons that they offer.

Reliable, fast, fair prices and best of all TRUSTWORTHY. We have had multiple bad experiences with both of the BMW dealerships, and consider ourselves fortunate to have tried Foreign Autohaus. The job was done quickly, correctly and cost less than the estimate. The $2,200 job quoted by BMW of Roseville was completed here for $335 (estimated at $450). I waited a month to post this review to see if my BMW would suffer a "mysterious and unexpected" breakdown, but it is still running like new. I won't wasting time and money with the dealerships again.
