I have brought my car for repairs here many times and the service has always been exceptional. This most recent time there was a snafu with the appointment and the car wasn't ready at the time promised. They were most apologetic and ended up comping the repair. That's what I call customer service! Thanks guys; you've earned a loyal customer!

No one wants to lay out hard earned money to fix a broken car. But when the need inevitably arises you want to be sure it's done on the level, by the best qualified people, and at a fair price. Foreign Autohaus is that place. It is by far the best facility I've used in the 57 years I've owned automobiles.

Every time I've been in to Foreign Autohaus I've been treated with kindness and respect. The service manager has been great in expalaining everything and making sure that all my issues got taken care of.

If you didn't get it, here it is: The staff is all are amazing. Getting answers and setting up appointments on the phone with Laura was a pleasure. Having Jason as the go to mechanic is the BEST and having conversations with Rafael has always been very memorable with his complete knowledge of the mechanical aspects of vehicles. The experience at Foreign Autohaus has always been top notch and I have been taking my BMW cars there since they opened. They even did a top end rebuild on my daughters older Honda and kept my sons Mercedes Benz running perfectly. I highly recommend them for keeping all your favorite vehicles in top condition. Kudos to Jason for the fantastic customer service I always get from Foreign Autohaus. Jason is an absolute expert for 911's, and especially knows my car inside and out. He had my car on the road again in just a couple hours after doing an oil change, CEL check, and airbox/MAF change. He even dropped me off at my house while the work was being performed. Great work by Jason and the team.
