I have brought my car for repairs here many times and the service has always been exceptional. This most recent time there was a snafu with the appointment and the car wasn't ready at the time promised. They were most apologetic and ended up comping the repair. That's what I call customer service! Thanks guys; you've earned a loyal customer!

We got stuck on our way to Tahoe with broken power steering. These guys were super nice, very helpful, reassured us, ordered necessary parts and fixed the car fast. We were on our way in 3 hours, which is remarkable. Thank you!

I took my 2000 Boxster in for an oil change and the Check engine light was on. While the car did have a whine, I didn't know what it was. I called the dealer and he told me it was the tires, "that's all it could be". It turned out to be a wheel bearing. Foreign Autohaus got everything squared away at an affordable price. The check engine light was an oil separator vs the O2 sensor I suspected. When they were done the car was so much quieter, I could hear a clicking noise. Jason told me to bring it right back, and when I did they focused on it. It would not duplicate on the rack. It didn't take long until they discovered the emergency brake cable was routed incorrectly. They fixed it, no charge, even though it was a new problem. I would recommend them for your automotive needs. My car is quite a bit quieter and has quite a bit more pep.

I cannot say enough good about these guys, we brought our Mercedes ML350 in to have them fix 3 items and they were literally half the price of the Mercedes dealership. tthese guys are amazing and they are all Mercedes certified technicians. This place is a no-brainer for any car really, from Mercedes to Toyotas and everything in between.

I’ll definitely come here again! It was very clear that making sure I was 100% happy was their #1 priority and they backed it up. I had new OEM brakes put on my Range Rover Sport and wasn’t happy with them. The owner sat in the car with me, listened to my concern and said they’d do whatever it takes until I was happy. They gladly changed them out and I ended up going with factory pads and rotors (which I’d recommend if you have a RRS).

Have to say this is the best customer service for an import car auto repair shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Broke everything down for me and made recommendations. Fast service as well. I will definitely be bringing my car back! Thanks guys for taking care of me!

Did a great job with all repairs and diagnosed a long term transmission issue with a simple fix. This greatly improved the drivability of the car. Did all the work in one day.

Your peuple are kind and professional.Anyway,for an oil change,with an appointment at 8 AM, I think that 7 hour wait is way too long.
